Jesus took the pain and agony upon the tree just to save a wretch like me. He knew just what had to be done , to pay the full price to make me a son. He went into His Glory on the mount of transfiguration, He spoke with Moses and Elijah about that last operation.
He was taken right on schedule, from the garden to the cross. They came by night, as the devil does, with staves and stones and dead men's bones. They kissed Him for identity and still they could not identify Him. They asked which one of you are Jesus, and He said I AM HE. When He Identified Himself they went back and fell to the ground. Signifying that He was on schedule and prepared for the cross. Taken to judgment halls, beaten, ridiculed, abused, tormented, and finally crucified He did it all for you.
But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. .Isa 53:5
